Problem: Launching an online catalog for handicapped people.
Solution: This is a site targeted towards the elder, hence the simple navigation, the large print and other accessibility perks, and the use of video rather than text whenever practicable. The effective use of illustration and video have helped propel sales in the first phase of this wildly successful enterprise. A direct mail campaign and trade show materials completed the effort.
